Posting Open Dates
Click “Create Game” button or double click on any date
Select “Create Open Date”
Fill in relevant game information
Use Notes field for additional game information
Click “New Game” to post
Searching for Open Games
Sort by Game Date, Location, Team and Posted Date
Use filters to narrow search.
Select “View” for game details
Add a message to the coach
Click “Send Invitation”
Viewing and Responding to Game Requests
Click “Alerts” to see incoming game requests
Blue dot indicates updated information for game
View game details and select response to other coach
Game color and icon indicators identify status of game
Confirmed games can be changed/updated
Inviting Another Team to Play
Click “Create Game” or double click on any calendar date
Select “Invite Another Team to Play”
Choose school from dropdown list
Fill in relevant game information
Click “Send Invitation”
Account Set Up and Team Profile Management
Activate Your Free Account and Verify Email
Select “Sign Up” and enter Head Coach email on school site.
Check email (and spam) for a verification email. After selecting “verify email” return to the Sign-In screen.
Note: Link will expire in 7 days so verify promptly.
Select “Coach Log In” and enter email and password to continue setting up your profile and account.
To change the email associated with your account contact support@schedulete.com.
Update Team Profile and Add Team Logo
Select “Team Profile” to review information for your team.
Name of Team (School Name) is pre-populated and can be modified.
Short Name will appear on calendar view and can be used if full school name is too long.
Confirm Division and enter address for athletic facility.
Add your school logo so it will display next to games posted in the Availability Marketplace.
Designate Game Fields
Click “Playing Fields” to create custom list of Game Fields
Create custom label for each playing field.
Enter the complete address for the field.
Select the House Icon to designate the home field.
Field locations will link to Google Maps.
Create Custom Seasons
Click “Seasons” to create custom seasons
Enter custom label to identify season.
Enter date range for that specific season.
Select “Create.”
Seasons can be edited and deleted at any time.
